We deliver nationwide, and export to Mexico and Canada. We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and energetic individual to join our company as Sales and Marketing Director. As an integral member of our executive management team, the Sales and Marketing Director will be primarily responsible for the development of strategic sales and marketing plans aimed at generating sustainable revenue growth. This includes planning and directing all aspects of the organization’s sales and marketing team, policies, objectives, and initiatives; directing sales planning and forecasting, marketing programs development and customer satisfaction initiatives to create an exceptional customer experience; establishing short- and long-term sales objectives and quotas in line with company objectives; and identifying key market opportunities and competitive marketing strategies to achieve maximum sales volume potential.
The ideal candidate would have experience with B2B and B2C channels for prefabricated modular buildings, be familiar with industrial environments, and be knowledgeable in prefabricated construction practices and regulations.

We deliver nationwide, and export to Mexico and Canada. We are currently seeking a motivated, qualified individual to join our company as Design / Technical Sales Support Engineer. As an integral member of our product engineering team, the Design / Technical Sales Support Engineer will coordinate with our Sales team, Operations team, Drafter(s), and external resources to provide complete and accurate building engineering calculations, plans, charts, scaled drawings/blueprints and estimates for prefabricated modular buildings and construction projects according to customer requests and building specifications.
The Design / Technical Sales Engineer must be experienced with prefabricated modular construction and fabrication using insulated panels and metal frames, its details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards; must be proficient in using computer-aided design (CAD) to integrate architectural and engineering drafting methods and procedures. The Technical Sales Engineer should be able to communicate with customers, architects, and engineers to understand their project requirements; be able to review project details with the Sales team to assure accuracy of quotations; and work with the Operations department to assure compliance with the provided specifications during manufacturing.
