Can the booth be customized after delivery?
While additional customization after delivery might be possible for a skilled handyman, we suggest that you discuss any customization with us before placing your order so that we can build accordingly. In the event that you would like to make changes to the booth at a later date, please feel free to reach out to us to discuss the details so we can guide you appropriately.
Can the doorknob be changed to another style or manufacturer?
The door of our booth is two inches thick with a standard sized bore hole of 2 1/8" in diameter. You can change the handle to any standard lock or doorknob that will fit this dimension.
What is the typical electric load in a booth?
Our booths will need less than 40 Amp to power all of the add-on features such as AC, heaters, spotlights, etc. For the basic booth without any add-on features, 20 Amp is more than enough to power the light and the outlets. Nevertheless, the electric panel box that we offer is rated to hold up to 100 Amp.
Which booths have caster wheels on them?
Wheels are an optional add-on feature to our 4' x 4' and 4' x 6' booths.Caster wheels are an optional.
Do you sell mechanical security arms?
We don't manufacture security arms, but we can work with our partners in the industry and include it in your quote for the booth.
Does your booth have an extended overhang?
There is a overhang of approximately 4 inches around the roof of our standard booth, and you can upgrade to a larger overhang as needed.
How quickly can I expect a quote?
Once we receive the details of your specific inquiry, you can expect a quote quickly. In fact, during regular business hours, we will typically have your quote ready within the hour.
Do you make bullet or ballistic resistant guard houses?
We do manufacture ballistic resistant booths, and we also offer bullet proof windows as an optional add-on feature to our standard booth. Please call us to discuss your needs.
Do you have any type of booth that is mounted on a scissor lift?
We do offer a scissor lift mounted booth. Please reach out to discuss your specifications, and we will provide a quote to meet your needs.
Do you have booths available with no windows and no interior fit-out?
Absolutely. We can customize a unit to meet any of your needs, including no windows and no interior fit-out.
Do the booths need to be anchored down?
No, anchoring the booth is optional. However, for safety purposes, particularly in states with increased chance of tornadoes, storms, earthquakes, or hurricanes, we recommend that you anchor the booth. In addition, local building codes may require anchoring.
How many outlets are inside the booth?
There are two 110V outlets inside the booth. If you need more, we can certainly provide a free quote for more outlets per your specifications, inside or outside the booth.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we do have a financing program. Contact us to request an application, and we will work with you to finance your booth.
Do you have a tinted glass booth with standard heat, electrical outlets and lights?
Yes, Yes, outlets and interior lights are standard. And, we also offer tinted windows, baseboard heaters, and outside spotlights as optional add-on features.
Does your booth have electricity, phone service, and HVAC?
Electric outlets and hookups are standard features. Phone lines, internet lines, and AC or heat are optional ad-ons.
Is the booth delivered already assembled?
Yes, we deliver all of our booths assembled and ready to use.
Can you tell me if these booth can be powered via conventional electric (i.e. an extension cord)?
We offer plug in booths (which can be powered via a standard extension cord), hard wired booths (which an electrician can install directly to a breaker box), generator powered booths, and solar powered booths.
Do you offer booths with two sliding doors?

Where can I find the electrical specs on the booths?
Depending upon the add-on features in your order, the electric specs will be different for every booth. Please reach out to us if you have any questions in reference to a particular order.
Do your booths meet codes and get certified by Labor and Industries in each state?
Our company is based out of New York State, and our booth drawings are stamped by a NY State Licensed Engineer. Because building codes vary...
Does your booth comes with wood finishing?
No, wood is not the best material for an outdoor booth. Our booths are made of aluminum and can be ordered with a metal, gloss, satin, or carbon fiber finish of aluminum and galvanized iron, and can be ordered.
Can the unit be laid on its side and transported by forklift, or would that damage the unit?
We strongly recommend against transporting the booth on its side, though we know that it has been done by some customers without a problem. If you decide to follow in their footsteps against our recommendation, please make sure to at least remove the windows, and pay extra caution to the roof overhang. The roof of our standard booth has a 4" overhang that could be damaged when the unit is laid on its side.
Does the unit have electrical outlets and do you have an option for a heater or A/C?
Yes, each of our booths come standard with at least two electrical outlets. A/C and heat are available as options.
Do you sell any type of trailer that the booth can be mounted on?
Yes, we offer the option to mount your booth on a flatbed trailer. These trailers are designed to hold your booth so you can take it with you wherever you go.
Is Guardian Booth an agency?
No, we are not an agent or reseller. We manufacture, sell, and rent our own booths.

Both baseboard heating and air conditioning are optional features that can be added to any size booth.

Absolutely! We offer the option of a restroom when you purchase a booth that is 6' x 8' or larger.
Can your booths be put on caster wheels to be moved around on a paved parking lot?
Yes, our units are heavy enough for stability, yet light enough to relocate as needed. We offer caster wheels on the 4' x 4' and 4' x 6' units. We also offer trailer booths if you need to move your booth over a longer distance.
What is the minimum period for booth rental?
We don't have a minimum rental period. You can rent a booth for just a few hours if needed.
What is the rental price for an 8 x 10 or larger booth for 3 months?
Rental rates vary depending upon location, season, features and more. And, while we offer 8' x 10' booths for sale, our standard rental fleet consists of 4' x 4' and 4' x 6' booths only. If you are looking to rent a larger booth with a commitment of 12 months or longer, please reach out for an individualized quote.
Do you buy back shacks or booths that are in excellent condition?
We don't typically purchase back used guard shacks or booths, but we often receive inquiries from people who are looking to purchase a used booth. Thus, we might be able to put you in contact with someone who wants to buy your booth. Feel free to reach out to provide us with photos of your booth, and we can try to match you with a buyer.
How much do your booths weigh and can they be moved with a forklift?
Our booths are moderate weight. They are heavy enough for stability and light enough to relocate as needed. Our 4' x 4' and 4' x 6' can technically be moved by 5-6 strong men, without any equipment. Also, all of our booths can be moved with a forklift. In addition, we also offer the option of mounting your booth to a trailer for greater mobility. The weight of our booths are moderate.
Does the standard booth comes with any type of power and a light?
Our standard booth come with a light, light switch, and two 110V outlets. It can be easily powered by hooking up to an extension cord or a generator.
Do you offer short and long term rentals?

What is the recommended booth size to comfortably accommodate 1- 3 people?
For one person, we recommend the 4' x 6' booth because it is just small enough to not take too much space on your property, and just large enough to fit one person comfortably. If the booth will not be used consistenly throughout the day, and only periodically for someone to stop by and sit down for a few minutes, you can probabaly get away with a 4' x 4'. For two people, however, the recommended size is a 6' x 6'. This is the smallest booth that will allow two people to sit next to each other and still have a comfortable space between them. A booth of 6' x 8' or larger is recommened to accomodate three people.
How much does it cost to rent a booth?
Rental cost will depend on the size of the booth and duration of the rental period. Our standard rental sizes are 4' x 4' and 4' x 6' booths. Here is an example price, as of this posting: On long-term rentals of at least 3 months, the 4' x 4' is available at $129.99 per month and the 4' x 6' at $169.99. How much is it to add AC and baseboard heat to your booths?
The size of BTU on the AC and Watts on the Baseboard Heater will depend upon the size booth that you order, as will the price. Please reach out for a quote on the particular size booth that will best fit your needs.
Are your booths made in the USA?
While we shop around the globe to find the strongest and highest quality material for your booth, the end product is designed and manufactured in the United States.
What are the available colors?
The color of our standard booth is blue, but we offer the option to change the color with a vinyl wrap in matte, gloss, or satin finishes. The available color options include the almost 100 colors available on the 3M wrap film series 1080.
Does the booth price include fixed or sliding windows?
The design of our standard booth includes sliding windows on three sides of the unit. We do offer the option to customize your booth with fixed windows on any given side per your specifications. We also offer the option to paint your booth in the color of your choice.
Is 4×6 big enough for a register and for workers to sit comfortably?
Yes, a 4' x 6' is big enough to fit a register on the desk and allow a person inside the booth sit comfortably. The desk spans the 4' side of the booth, and is 12" deep. Please note that we can customize a unit with a larger desk per your specifications.
How long does it usually take to fabricate and deliver a new booth?
Our typical lead time is about 3-6 weeks, however, delivery time varies depending upon the season and delivery location. If you need your unit to be delivered sooner, please inquire about our expedited delivery option and we will do our best to meet your schedule.

The largest standard unit that we keep in stock is 8' x 10' , but we can manufacture custom size units to your specifications.

All of our standard booths are designed with an overall exterior height of 90 inches and an interior height of 84 inches. However, we can customize the height of your booth to accommodate whatever size you prefer.
What are the dimensions of your ticket booths?
Our standard ticket booth sizes are 4x4, 4x6, 6x6, 6x8, 8x8, and 8x10 feet. However, we can provide a quote to customize and manufacture any size booth to your specifications and needs.
Are your booths available for rent or sale?
All of our booths are available for sale. In addition, we maintain a fleet of 4' x 4' and 4' x 6' booths that are available for short and long term rentals.

How are your booths powered? Do they have solar power, generators, or need to be plugged in?
We have a variety of energy options available. Depending upon your needs, we can design your booth to be plugged in, hardwired, or hooked up to a generator. We can also offer solar power to operate lights, however, solar power will only be sufficient to power the lights - it cannot power the HVAC unit.
What is the rental rate for 3 years, and does it get cheaper if I rent for longer?
Our standard rental rate depends upon a variety of factors including booth size and location. We usually rent on a monthly basis and do not generally offer different rates for long-term rentals. If you planned to rent a booth for an extended period of time (such as the 3 years asked about), it would probably make more financial sense to simply purchase the booth. However, if your circumstances do not allow you to make such a purchase, please give us a call to discuss your individual situation and we will offer a rental quote accordingly. Are there costs for shipping or installation?
We offer free shipping nationwide, but it is the customers' responsibility to have a forklift or manpower available to offload the unit from the truck. We typically do not offer installation, but our booths are delivered ready to use, with almost no installation work required. You just need to hook up the electric and install the anchoring brackets on the four corners (if this particular add-on feature was included with your order).
