In addition, the company will relocate its headquarters to Waynesboro, Franklin County, Pennsylvania from Orangeburg, New York to create a new flagship manufacturing facility.

Guardian Booth has committed to invest $4.5 million in this relocation project and will create 33 new and full-time jobs with this relocation and retain current employees of Homes by Keystone. “Our strategic directive was to expand our geographical reach to support customers throughout the mid-Atlantic, northeast, Midwest, and southeast while increasing our manufacturing footprint over the next few years; Franklin County was the perfect fit in terms of location. Guardian Booth has been awarded the funding proposal by the Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) in Pennsylvania. It has received $271,000, which includes a $165,000 Pennsylvania grant and a $106,000 workforce development grant to train workers.
